Skye Coleman, PE
One of the principals of the company, Skye is a licensed engineer, project and construction manager. He’s managed projects from beginning to end ranging from $1 million to $25 million. Whether it’s a retrofit or new development, he has the skills to get the design and construction complete on time and budget.
Doug Dietze, PE
The other Principal of the company, Doug has been involved with the design and construction of multi-million dollar projects dealing working with clients and contractors to achieve a satisfactory end product. Douglas has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineer and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Kansas and Hawaii.
Juliana Montgomery, MBA
Juliana’s experience comes not just from the real estate side as a licensed agent for Century 21, but also from acting as the onsite project manager running various trades while renovating properties. With an MBA from Park University, she can quickly assess a properties existing and potential performance to see if it’s a deal worth doing.
